Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
Additional Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care items
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
- Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically and credited to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (it may take some time for the refund to reflect).
- Contact your bank (there may be processing delays).

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at medmatelifescience@gmail.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you:
- You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- Once received, we will mail you a gift certificate.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver instead.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to:

- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted.
- The delivery time for exchanged products may vary based on your location.
- If returning an expensive item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
